- Biometric Data (Face Data): We collect facial geometry and facial image data through your device’s camera. This data is used as a unique Security Key to verify your identity.
- Technical information: IP address, Cookie ID, platform usage logs, etc.
1.3 If you are a minor under the age of 20 or have legal incapacity, the Company may collect, use, or disclose your personal data only with consent from your parent or guardian or as otherwise required by law.
1.4 Storage and Transmission: The Company will store your personal data in electronic form via a secure server service provider. For Face Data, the information is encrypted and stored securely to facilitate identity matching. We ensure that the transfer and storage of your personal data are secure and compliant with legal requirements.
2. Processing of Personal Data
2.1 The Company will collect, use, or disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage user accounts.
- Identity Verification and Access Control: Specifically, we use Face Data combined with the user’s Date of Birth as a mandatory authentication method (Security Key) to grant access to the system. This ensures that only the authorized owner can access their account.
- To improve products, services, or user experience.
- To comply with laws and regulations of government authorities.
2.2 Disclosure of Personal Data:
Non-Disclosure of Face Data: The Company strictly does not share, sell, or disclose your Face Data to any third parties. Access to this data is restricted to the Company’s secure internal infrastructure solely for authentication purposes.
3. Retention Period of Personal Data
3.1 The Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary while you are a user of the HBD platform.
3.2 Retention of Face Data: Biometric Face Data will be retained only as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or request for data removal, the Company will delete or permanently destroy the Face Data from our servers within 30 days.
4. Rights of Personal Data Owners
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw consent, the right of access, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to erasure/destruction, the right to restriction of processing, the right to rectification, and the right to lodge a complaint.
