App name: HBD Application
Developer: Blue Dragon Blue Ocean Co., Ltd.
Official website: https://www.h-b-d.com
This Child Safety Standards page applies to HBD Application and all services, features, user-generated content, communication features, reporting features, and community features made available through the HBD platform.
HBD Application has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material.
For the purposes of this page:
“CSAE” means Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, including any content, conduct, communication, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or attempts to exploit or abuse a child.
“CSAM” means Child Sexual Abuse Material, including any visual, written, digital, generated, or shared material that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or relates to the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
HBD Application strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, publishing, distributing, sharing, requesting, promoting, storing, or engaging with CSAE or CSAM in any form.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, account termination, reporting to relevant authorities where required by law, and any other action necessary to protect children and the safety of the platform.
HBD Application may allow users to create, upload, publish, or share user-generated content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, Wish details, profile information, comments, or other content made available through the HBD platform.
Users must not use HBD Application to create, upload, publish, share, request, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, impersonating another person, or otherwise unsafe.
In particular, users must not use HBD Application to engage in or facilitate any form of CSAE or CSAM.
HBD Application provides an in-app mechanism that allows users to report objectionable content, abusive behavior, suspicious conduct, child safety concerns, or any content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM.
Users can report content or users through the in-app reporting feature available from relevant content screens, user profile screens, or other applicable areas of the app.
Reports may include categories such as:
If a user identifies content or behavior that may involve CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, or any child safety risk, the user should report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or contact HBD through the child safety contact provided below.
HBD Application reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior, including reports related to CSAE or CSAM.
When HBD obtains actual knowledge of content or activity involving CSAE or CSAM, HBD will take appropriate action in accordance with its published standards, platform policies, and applicable laws.
Such actions may include:
HBD may also restrict visibility of reported content or remove reported content from user feeds while the report is under review, where appropriate for user safety and platform safety.
HBD Application provides a mechanism for users to block abusive users.
When a user blocks another user, the blocked user's content may be immediately removed or hidden from the blocking user's feed, and the blocked user may be restricted from interacting with the blocking user, depending on the applicable platform functionality.
Blocking actions and related reports may notify HBD's developer, support, or moderation team so that the relevant content or behavior can be reviewed and acted upon.
HBD provides the following designated point of contact for child safety concerns, including potential CSAE or CSAM reports, notices from Google Play, law enforcement inquiries, or other child safety-related matters.
