Last updated: May 15, 2026

This page describes the child safety standards of HBD Application and the measures used by Blue Dragon Blue Ocean Co., Ltd. to prevent, prohibit, report, review, and act against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

1. App and Developer Information

App name: HBD Application

Developer: Blue Dragon Blue Ocean Co., Ltd.

Official website: https://www.h-b-d.com

This Child Safety Standards page applies to HBD Application and all services, features, user-generated content, communication features, reporting features, and community features made available through the HBD platform.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

HBD Application has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material.

For the purposes of this page:

“CSAE” means Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, including any content, conduct, communication, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or attempts to exploit or abuse a child.

“CSAM” means Child Sexual Abuse Material, including any visual, written, digital, generated, or shared material that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or relates to the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

HBD Application strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, publishing, distributing, sharing, requesting, promoting, storing, or engaging with CSAE or CSAM in any form.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of a child
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to communicate with a child for sexual purposes
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Predatory behavior toward children
  • Requests for, distribution of, or promotion of sexual images or content involving minors
  • Content or conduct that facilitates trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse of children
  • Any attempt to evade detection, moderation, reporting, or enforcement related to CSAE or CSAM

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, account termination, reporting to relevant authorities where required by law, and any other action necessary to protect children and the safety of the platform.

3. User-Generated Content and Prohibited Conduct

HBD Application may allow users to create, upload, publish, or share user-generated content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, Wish details, profile information, comments, or other content made available through the HBD platform.

Users must not use HBD Application to create, upload, publish, share, request, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, impersonating another person, or otherwise unsafe.

In particular, users must not use HBD Application to engage in or facilitate any form of CSAE or CSAM.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

HBD Application provides an in-app mechanism that allows users to report objectionable content, abusive behavior, suspicious conduct, child safety concerns, or any content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM.

Users can report content or users through the in-app reporting feature available from relevant content screens, user profile screens, or other applicable areas of the app.

Reports may include categories such as:

  • Nudity or sexual content
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or abusive content
  • Violence or threat
  • Scam or fraud
  • Spam
  • Impersonation
  • Other concerns, including child safety concerns

If a user identifies content or behavior that may involve CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, or any child safety risk, the user should report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or contact HBD through the child safety contact provided below.

5. Review, Removal, and Account Enforcement

HBD Application reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior, including reports related to CSAE or CSAM.

When HBD obtains actual knowledge of content or activity involving CSAE or CSAM, HBD will take appropriate action in accordance with its published standards, platform policies, and applicable laws.

Such actions may include:

  • Reviewing the reported content or behavior
  • Removing or disabling access to CSAM or other prohibited content
  • Hiding, restricting, or removing content from the platform
  • Suspending, banning, terminating, ejecting, or otherwise restricting the account of the user who created, uploaded, shared, requested, or distributed the offending content
  • Preserving relevant information where required or permitted by law for investigation, enforcement, safety, or legal compliance
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM or child safety violations to relevant authorities where required by applicable law
  • Cooperating with law enforcement, child protection agencies, or other competent authorities where legally required

HBD may also restrict visibility of reported content or remove reported content from user feeds while the report is under review, where appropriate for user safety and platform safety.

6. Blocking Abusive Users

HBD Application provides a mechanism for users to block abusive users.

When a user blocks another user, the blocked user's content may be immediately removed or hidden from the blocking user's feed, and the blocked user may be restricted from interacting with the blocking user, depending on the applicable platform functionality.

Blocking actions and related reports may notify HBD's developer, support, or moderation team so that the relevant content or behavior can be reviewed and acted upon.
